About the Role
We are seeking a Catalog Data Assistant to collect, structure, and manage technical data related to parts and components. You will work closely with the Catalog Specialist to ensure data accuracy and consistency within our catalog system.
Main Responsibilities
- Collect all required information related to parts and components from technical documentation, supplier websites, and internal sources
- Structure and format collected data according to company taxonomy and catalog standards
- Prepare data for onboarding into the catalog system, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, reliability, and standardization
- Work closely with the Catalog Specialist to build and finalize the catalog structure
- Identify gaps, duplicates, or errors and coordinate corrections
Requirements
- Diploma in Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering support, Data Management, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, catalog management, operations, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to analyze technical documents and websites
- Experience working with parts, components, or technical data is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with taxonomy, data classification, or ERP systems is a plus
