About the Role

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate customs and trade compliance plans to provide freight documentation clearance through relevant customs authorities
- Advise and mentor team members on day-to-day tasks, work schedules, and performance targets
- Support research, identification, and procurement of permits, licenses, certificates, and authorizations for customs clearance
- Prepare customs declarations and required documents describing goods and materials being shipped
- Process, handle, and distribute export/import documents in a timely and efficient manner according to regulations
- Maintain relationships with customs authorities and government bodies to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth operations
Key Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience in customs, trade compliance, or related logistics functions
- Vocational, specialized, technical certification, or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, tariffs, import/export procedures, and customs brokerage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and CRM systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and compliance matters
