Role Overview
We are seeking a CFD Simulation Engineer to support our team in computational fluid dynamics. You will work on innovative solutions in thermodynamics, acoustics, aerodynamics, and related areas within an international project environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Apply CFD methodologies for development measures in thermodynamics, acoustics, aerodynamics, and related subject areas
- Collaborate closely with process partners on pre- and post-processing activities
- Present simulation results and coordinate with development partners and project management on next steps
- Contribute to improving development processes and method development initiatives
- Independently manage technical topics and engineering tasks with strong self-direction
- Manage projects and coordinate activities from Germany within an international environment using tools such as ANSA, CCM+, and GitHub
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, physics, or comparable field with focus on fluid mechanics
- Business fluent English
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
- High initiative and self-motivation
- Experience in automotive sector and vehicle development (preferred)
- Initial professional experience in CFD simulation or related areas (preferred)
