Commercial Sales Project Support Internship - Flavors

About the Role

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences, is offering an exciting Project Support Internship based in Had Soualem, Morocco. This internship provides hands-on experience in commercial project coordination, customer support, and cross-functional collaboration within the dynamic flavors industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and follow-up of customer projects from initiation to completion
• Assist with project tracking, reporting, and data management using appropriate tools
• Prepare presentations and business reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Technical) to ensure timely project execution
• Support customer communication and manage sample requests and logistics
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project support function

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Food Science, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a multicultural environment
