About the Role
As a Compliance Cluster Lead for Morocco and Algeria, you will support commercialisation objectives by providing focused, relevant, and actionable risk insights. You will partner with General Managers to prioritise and address key risks, reinforcing accountability and embedding a strong culture of responsible business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Risk Advice: Act as a strategic business partner to Commercial leadership on new, complex, or high-risk activities, providing proactive compliance advice and risk-mitigation guidance.
- Risk Governance: Coordinate quarterly Cluster Risk Management and Compliance Board meetings, provide direction during Annual Confirmation processes, and participate in Independent Business Monitoring and Third Party Monitoring reviews.
- Commercial Alliances: Provide compliance leadership and oversight for Commercial Alliance partnerships, acting as escalation point for governance and risk management throughout the alliance lifecycle.
- Investigations & Escalations: Act as escalation point for unresolved ABAC due-diligence queries and compliance investigations, ensuring timely resolution and risk-appropriate decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Help markets understand risk insights, drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Medical, Finance, and Legal teams to promote integrated risk management.
- Risk Culture: Reinforce business ownership of risk and promote data-driven, insight-led risk management practices across the cluster.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, Life Sciences or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance, risk, legal, audit or similar roles in regulated industry (pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences preferred)
- Practical experience managing investigations, corrective actions and escalation processes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and leadership levels
- Fluent in French, English and Arabic (written and spoken)
