About the Role
As Compliance Cluster Lead for Morocco and Algeria, you will drive focused, data-driven risk management across GSK's Local Operating Companies. You will partner with General Managers to prioritize and address key risks, provide actionable compliance insights, and reinforce accountability for responsible business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic compliance advice to commercial leadership on new, complex, or high-risk activities, offering proactive guidance and risk-mitigation strategies
- Coordinate quarterly Risk Management and Compliance Board meetings and deliver regular effectiveness reports to LOC and regional leadership
- Lead compliance oversight for Commercial Alliance partnerships, ensuring effective governance and risk management throughout their lifecycle
- Act as escalation point for unresolved ABAC due-diligence queries and compliance investigations, ensuring timely resolution
- Participate in Independent Business Monitoring (IBM) and Third Party Monitoring (TPM) reviews, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions
- Lead targeted risk deep-dives on priority topics based on global or regional risk trends
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance, risk, legal, audit, or similar roles in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences preferred)
- Practical experience managing investigations, corrective actions, and escalation processes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and leadership levels
- Fluent in French, English, and Arabic (written and spoken)
