Customer Service Consultant - Italian & English Speaker

About the Role

We are seeking fast learners, meticulous, stoic, and disciplined professionals to join our customer service team. You will provide front-line support to our customers and ensure their satisfaction through professional and timely assistance.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support to customers via live chats, phones, and emails promptly
• Answer queries and resolve client issues regarding products, platforms, and promotions accurately
• Address customer feedback and complaints professionally while meeting expectations
• Liaise with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client queries
• Record and update customer data and relevant information as necessary
• Support documentation and administrative needs, including translation for customer announcements

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or above
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal communication)
• Willing to accept rotational shift work, including weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Strong ethics and ability to manage confidential information
• Sharp time management skills and strong sense of responsibility

Desirable Experience

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Background in financial or Forex industry
• Genuine interest in financial markets and client services
• Strategic thinking with analytical problem-solving abilities
