About the Role

As Regional Contracting Manager for G Adventures, you will lead the strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationship management across the Middle East & North Africa region. Main Responsibilities

Source new vendors, conduct RFPs, monitor market trends, and manage relationships to ensure competitive pricing and service quality
Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including negotiations, renewals, and amendments aligned with social enterprise values and legal standards
Lead, mentor, and inspire the regional buying team to achieve operational and performance targets
Manage regional travel budget, track expenditures, and analyze financial reports to identify optimization opportunities
Partner with Legal team to ensure corporate governance compliance and maintain centralized contract repository

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
Minimum 6 years of experience in Travel, Buying, and Operations within the region
Proven track record negotiating large-scale contracts and managing complex vendor relationships
Deep knowledge of western and global tourism markets, competitor landscapes, and industry trends
Advanced proficiency with contract management systems, internal tracking software, and financial reporting tools
Advanced English communication skills plus fluency in at least one additional regional language
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with ability to manage conflicting demands and tight deadlines
