Role Overview

As Country Director, you will represent the company in a foreign country, managing all regional operations within a growing industry experiencing global expansion. This executive-level position requires overseeing recruitment, budgets, planning, and strategic reporting.

Main Responsibilities

Liaise with head office and prepare quarterly and annual reports
Recruit, vet, and train all new staff members
Research the country or region thoroughly and adapt strategies accordingly
Monitor performance at all levels and schedule training as required
