About the Position
The College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences (CAES) at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University seeks a dynamic postdoctoral research staff member with expertise in fertilizer dissolution and diffusion experiments. You will contribute to research excellence and innovation in fertilizer experimentation, studying the dissolution and diffusion of fertilizers in water and/or soils with different degrees of saturation.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments on fertilizer dissolution and diffusion
- Prepare soil samples for physico-chemical property measurements
- Analyze dissolution and diffusion of different fertilizer formulations
- Generate experimental data to develop new dissolution and diffusion models
- Prepare high-quality scientific manuscripts for publication
- Mentor master's students and PhD candidates
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in a field strongly linked to fertilizer experimentation and soil science
- Strong knowledge of fertilizer experiments and dissolution/diffusion processes
- High-quality publications in relevant scientific journals demonstrating research accomplishments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and/or French
