As part of the expansion of our Customer Service Department, we are seeking a Customer Service Agent (English-speaking only) based in Tangier.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you will serve as a primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-focused service.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in line with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate follow-up of customer requests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, IT, Talent Management) to resolve complex cases
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience
  • Meet response time targets and quality standards

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, management, communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role
  • Native or near-native level of English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms

Compensation

6000 MAD Net + Commissions
