The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be the voice of Nuitée, supporting our customers with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information, answers, and solutions
• Handle customer complaints and process returns effectively to ensure satisfaction
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email with detailed product information
• Process telephone orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or bachelor's degree
• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
• Fluent English (spoken and written) - mandatory
• Strong data entry and typing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
