What You'll Do

Become an expert in our products and services, explaining them to new learners starting goFLUENT Training
Offer learners the best journey possible by understanding expectations and efficiently providing solutions to concerns
Reply to learner requests on several communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
Ensure smooth and efficient communication with internal teams
Call students to encourage them to take full advantage of available resources
Be proactive in optimizing internal procedures, improving response quality, and raising learner feedback

Required Qualifications

1 year of experience in customer service
High level of German (verbal and written) - native speaker preferred
Advanced level of English (verbal and written)
Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Internet savvy and proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and Open Office
