What You'll Do

Become an expert in our products and services, explaining them to new learners starting goFLUENT Training
Offer learners the best journey possible by understanding their expectations and efficiently providing solutions to their concerns
Reply to learner requests on several communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
Ensure smooth and efficient communication with internal teams
Call students to encourage them to take full advantage of available resources
Be proactive in optimizing internal procedures, improving response quality, and raising learner feedback

Required Qualifications

Native fluency in Spanish and intermediate English (spoken and written)
Previous successful experience in customer support
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
Strong empathy and ability to solve complex conversations to give customers a smile
Excellent soft skills: empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication
Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and able to multitask
Ability to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure
Good command of MS Office and Google tools
