Your Role

Data Analysis & Visualization

Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key business metrics
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions

Business Intelligence Strategy

Partner with stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver insights that support business objectives (sales, marketing, operations)
Perform root-cause analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement

Data Management & Modeling

Cleanse, transform, and model large datasets from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs) to ensure accuracy and usability
Implement and enforce data governance best practices
Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance

Tool Expertise

Master advanced features of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dataflows) and Tableau (calculations, LOD expressions, parameterization)
Optimize dashboard performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Collaboration & Communication

Present findings to executives and non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations and storytelling
Train end-users on BI tools and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization

Your Qualifications
