About the Role
Join Robert Bosch Morocco's Thermo Technology business unit as a Detective Controller for Sales Processes. In this fixed-term position based in Casablanca, you will ensure the quality and performance of detective controls—specialized audit and quality checks—for our sales processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks of base processes using audit documentation and identify deviations
- Detect and report errors to responsible persons, initiating corrective actions as needed
- Create and regularly revise working instructions for assigned customers
- Propose process improvements for detective control procedures
- Report and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
- University degree in economics, finance, accounting, or equivalent professional experience
- Fluent in written and oral French; B2 level English minimum
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong commitment to quality, reliability, and responsibility
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working with processes and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP processes and functionality
- Understanding of financial processes
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing operations
