About the Role

Join Deloitte as a Digital Close Consultant to support the implementation of digital close solutions and drive finance transformation initiatives. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with leading financial close platforms and emerging technologies to enhance client financial processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement digital close solutions including BlackLine, Redwood, Workiva, and OneStream to optimize financial close processes
  • Support finance transformation projects focused on streamlining financial reporting, intercompany reconciliation, and close workflows
  • Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements, analyze current processes, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Configure digital finance tools and support solution design and deployment phases
  • Deliver project tasks on time while ensuring client satisfaction and quality outcomes
  • Leverage Generative AI and emerging technologies to enhance finance automation and process efficiency
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and presentations to facilitate tool adoption and knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or similar roles with digital finance solution exposure
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes
  • Hands-on experience with digital close tools such as BlackLine, Redwood, OneStream, or comparable platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Basic project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems and ERP integrations
