Position Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern for a 6-month paid internship located in the Casablanca office, reporting to the Cluster Digital Marketing Manager. This role focuses on website operations, monitoring, and digital analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor website uptime, performance, and user experience using tools like Google Analytics, UptimeRobot, or similar
- Assist in deploying updates, patches, and content changes across websites and digital platforms
- Support the QA process by testing website functionality across browsers and devices
- Help identify and troubleshoot website issues, bugs, or downtime incidents
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure seamless digital operations
- Maintain documentation of website configurations, updates, and monitoring logs
- Assist in implementing SEO best practices and performance optimization strategies
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports on website health and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science or a related field
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web hosting environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
- Experience with website monitoring tools
- Exposure to web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)
- Understanding of SEO, page speed optimization, and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
