About the Role

As a Domain Consultant at Idira [CyberArk], you will demonstrate the value of identity security solutions to Enterprise customers. You will showcase how Idira secures critical assets across hybrid cloud environments, distributed workforces, and AI-driven workloads through product demos, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). Working closely with the sales team, you will serve as the primary technical advisor, guiding clients through technology evaluation and ensuring they understand business, technical, and compliance benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Idira's Identity Security solutions, delivering technical guidance and business-value demonstrations to Enterprise customers and partners
  • Advise customers on securing non-human identities, including AI models, automated LLM agents, and developer pipelines with strict access control
  • Lead Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations to showcase Idira's security solutions to Enterprise customers and prospects
  • Proactively develop new and existing technical relationships within prospective accounts, partners, and current customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and foster long-term relationships with technical teams and executives to ensure customer success
  • Represent Idira as a thought leader through public speaking, webinars, and industry forums on modern security vectors and Identity Security for AI

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in pre-sales, ideally in identity, PAM/IAM, or cybersecurity pre-sales
  • Hands-on administration of AWS, Azure, or GCP (IaaS/PaaS)
  • Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and JIT/ZSP models
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, and federation services
  • Familiarity with securing AI/ML pipelines, Large Language Model (LLM) ecosystem integrations, and autonomous AI agents
  • Proficiency in UNIX/Linux, database security, network security, scripting, and DevOps practices
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver high-quality demos to technical and executive audiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership and consensus-building capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Awareness of AI-specific security frameworks and risks (OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, prompt injection, shadow AI mitigation)
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
  • Experience scripting for automation, API utilization, or demo workflows
  • Prior experience with CyberArk solutions
  • MIS or Computer Science degree or equivalent

Additional Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in English, Arabic, and French
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events
