About the Role
We are seeking a DTC Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid media campaigns for a consumer-focused e-commerce brand in the health and wellness space. This is a fully remote, execution-focused position supporting U.S.-based clients during EST business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST). You will own campaign performance, optimization, and reporting across Google, Meta, and additional performance channels, with a primary focus on driving profitable growth through improved ROAS and customer acquisition efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and social platforms
- Own targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and creative testing to scale high-performing campaigns
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, funnel performance) and use data to inform optimization and scaling decisions
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine ad assets based on performance insights
- Provide weekly reports and daily updates on ad performance; stay current on platform updates and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience managing campaigns on Google and Meta
- Proven experience running performance-driven e-commerce campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
- Proficiency in paid media optimization across search and social platforms
- Experience managing budgets, testing creatives, and optimizing full-funnel performance
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with additional platforms such as Bing or X
- Knowledge of regulated advertising environments
