About the Role

Join a Microsoft Gold Partner as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant Level 2. You will ensure clear and transparent communication across internal teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions on time and within quality standards for medium to large organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and determine expectations with onsite engagement and client teams to finalise deliverables
  • Ensure quality project delivery with expertise in system and functional testing across full project lifecycle
  • Document functional requirements, complete gap/fit analysis, and create solution documentation
  • Deliver end-user training and provide on-site support during delivery and go-live phases
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities including demo and proof-of-concept solutions for client presentations
  • Maintain awareness of D365FO product roadmap and future releases

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Module certifications
  • Minimum 5 years consultancy experience or 3 end-to-end implementations
  • Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, LCS, and Azure DevOps
  • Expert-level Finance Module experience on Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio preferred)
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Strong client relationship management and analytical capabilities
