Main Responsibilities

Lead delivery of Dynamics 365 end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post go-live support
Design and configure sector-specific templates to enhance Dynamics functionality and create reusable assets for clients
Champion functional best practices and lead data migration strategy, interfaces, and integrations
Coach and mentor team members, define training needs, and ensure pre-sales engagements meet delivery standards
Identify business and project risks, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure compliance with company methodologies and security policies
Stay current with Microsoft product roadmap and latest features, supporting practice development initiatives

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O consulting, preferably in professional services or Big 4 firms
Bachelor's degree or higher
Microsoft Dynamics certifications and deep knowledge of Finance core concepts (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Reporting)
