Role Overview

Join a Microsoft Gold Partner as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Principal Consultant in a dynamic consultancy services team. Lead end-to-end ERP implementations for medium to large organisations, combining technical expertise with strategic consulting.

Key Details

  • Location: Sliema, Malta (Hybrid)
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: GMT +1
  • Relocation: VISA & Relocation Package Included
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary + benefits (EUR), including allowances, travel, certifications, private and medical insurance

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of Dynamics 365 end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post go-live support
  • Design and configure sector-specific templates to enhance Dynamics functionality and create reusable assets for clients
  • Champion functional best practices and lead data migration strategy, interfaces, and integrations
  • Coach and mentor team members, define training needs, and ensure pre-sales engagements meet delivery standards
  • Identify business and project risks, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure compliance with company methodologies and security policies
  • Stay current with Microsoft product roadmap and latest features, supporting practice development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O consulting, preferably in professional services or Big 4 firms
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications and deep knowledge of Finance core concepts (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Reporting)
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and RSAT testing tools
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, integration tools, and software development lifecycle
  • Proven track record leading multiple end-to-end implementations and pre-sales engagements
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an asset
