Role Overview
Join a Microsoft Gold Partner as a Technical Solution Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will design, develop, and implement systems architecture that meets complex business needs for medium to large organizations. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead technical implementations and shape the future of enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end functional and technical solutions, ensuring cohesion and correctness across all implementations
- Design and govern integrated systems that align with product-owner vision and business requirements
- Assess current systems architecture and lead continuous improvement initiatives with technical teams
- Provide leadership and guidance throughout implementation to ensure accurate project delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to translate business requirements into technical vision and software solutions
- Communicate complex technical topics effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Lead requirements gathering, design guidance, and scope estimation for sales proposals
- Research emerging technologies and propose architectural improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Professional certification in Dynamics 365 business applications
- 4+ years proven experience leading and delivering end-to-end solutions using D365 platform
- Proficiency in X++ programming language
- In-depth experience with Azure Platform, Power Platform, Integration Patterns, Object-Oriented Design, and DevOps
- Strong knowledge of Agile Methodology, Configuration Management, and Automation Tools
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
