Role Overview

Join a Microsoft Gold Partner as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Lead Consultant. This role bridges onsite engagement teams and clients, translating requirements into implementable actions while supporting Practice Leads and Principal Consultants in a dynamic D365 consultancy services environment.

Key Details

  • Location: Silema, Malta (Relocation package and VISA support included)
  • Work Type: Hybrid, Full-time Permanent
  • Hours: GMT +1
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus benefits (paid in EUR)

Main Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise in D365FO functional areas including Project Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and Field Service
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants with varying expertise levels; oversee workload distribution and mentoring
  • Gather and document functional requirements; conduct gap/fit analysis and create solution documentation
  • Ensure quality project delivery through system and functional testing; manage scope and change control
  • Deliver end-user training and provide on-site support during delivery and go-live phases
  • Lead knowledge sharing initiatives, support recruitment, and act as escalation reference point for employees

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  • 9–11 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics professional services or similar ERP consulting roles
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Core Finance and Operations, Finance, or Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate preferred)
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio a plus)
  • Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and data migration experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Fluency in French, Spanish, German, or Italian
  • Experience with interfaces, integrations, Azure DevOps, and RSAT
  • Knowledge of Power Platform, Business Intelligence (BI), and LCS
  • Presales activity experience
