Your Role as Manufacturing/Engineering Intern

You will work on the manufacturing floor, facing real challenges and making decisions with immediate visible results. You will:

• Discover P&G's world-recognized technologies and advanced automated plant systems
• Learn P&G's standards, methods, and best practices in manufacturing
• Own specific projects and responsibilities from Day 1
• Build capabilities through hands-on experience, mentoring, and formal training

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's student graduating within fiscal year 2026 from engineering school or university
