Job Description

We are seeking English-speaking inbound sales advisors to join our team in Rabat. You will handle incoming calls from customers interested in opening new Mobility accounts, guiding them through the subscription process while delivering excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers interested in opening a new Mobility account
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable mobility offers and services
  • Present products clearly and professionally to convert inquiries into new activations
  • Guide customers through the full subscription process including eligibility, offers, account setup, and documentation
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience while meeting sales and quality objectives
  • Accurately document interactions and account details in internal systems

Required Profile

  • Excellent communication in English and active listening skills
  • Strong sales mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
  • Comfortable working with systems and following processes
  • Previous experience in call center sales or telecom is an asset
