About the Role
Join Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) as an experienced Quality Engineer in our Mechanical department in Kalundborg, Denmark. You will ensure that mechanical installations meet relevant quality, regulatory, and customer requirements on some of NNE's largest and most complex pharmaceutical engineering projects. Depending on your experience, you may also contribute to building and developing our Quality Engineering team.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate quality-related design reviews within the Mechanical department
- Lead and perform quality activities for mechanical disciplines across large, complex projects and smaller initiatives
- Align quality and verification concepts with customers' quality systems and validation concepts in collaboration with project members
- Define the scope of quality activities and review test activities, protocols, and reports
- Participate in FAT and/or SAT activities and perform verification tests as needed
About You
You are an excellent communicator who builds strong relationships and communicates confidently across organizational levels. You are proactive, flexible, well-structured, and results-oriented. You excel at planning, prioritizing, and following up on tasks while balancing daily operational work with strategic initiatives.
What You Bring
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or relevant education
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably from pharmaceutical, biotech, food, or chemical industries
- Familiarity with US and European GMP requirements
- Knowledge of different phases of project execution
- Solid knowledge and experience in mechanical engineering
