Job Description
- Ensures the deployment of the Integrated Management System (IMS) at facility level and approves the need for translation when necessary
- Secures the development of local standards if needed
- Coordinates, trains and coaches the plant facility organization to reach sufficient knowledge of quality standards and tools
- Manages the facility management review activities by collecting inputs and communicating the outputs of the management review meeting
- Ensures compliance of plant facility systems with customer-specific requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and all local regulations
- Coordinates and ensures effective implementation and generalization of corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits, with the team in the concerned area
- Leads internal and external audit preparation within the production facility
Qualifications
- Level of education: Engineer / Master's degree
- Branch of study: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent
- Experience: French and English are mandatory
- Social competences: Communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, change management, target and result orientation, motivation and resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork
- Professional competences: Mastery of Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri and continuous improvement techniques
