About the Role

At Park Hyatt Marrakech, we are seeking a passionate and inspiring Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations and deliver the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Key Responsibilities

Ensure an exceptional and consistent luxury guest experience in line with Hyatt brand standards.
Develop, coach, and inspire managers and colleagues, creating a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous learning.
Drive operational excellence through effective planning, quality assurance, and service innovation.
Monitor departmental financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor productivity, revenue optimization, and cost control.
Work closely with the culinary team to develop memorable dining concepts and seasonal offerings.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
Collaborate with all hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and successful events.

Required Qualifications

Previous leadership experience in Food & Beverage within an upscale or luxury hotel environment.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong operational knowledge across restaurants, bars, banquets, and luxury service standards.
Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and departmental profitability.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
