About the Role
Join Aspire Executive Lounges (part of Swissport) as a Fast Track Team Leader supporting premium lounge and fast track operations at our Casablanca location. You will ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, relaxing, and premium experience while leading and supporting your hospitality team.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with daily fast track operations while maintaining excellent service standards and Standard Operating Procedures
- Deliver warm, attentive customer service, handle guest inquiries, and support complaint resolution
- Inspire and guide the fast track team during shifts, demonstrating high performance standards and setting a strong example
- Assist with onboarding, on-the-job training, and coordinate staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
- Help maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with airline customer standards
- Collect guest feedback and help initiate service improvements
What We're Looking For
- Hospitality experience in a customer-facing environment
- Strong team spirit with confidence to motivate colleagues
- Passion for premium service and creating memorable guest moments
- Excellent communication skills and calm approach under pressure
- Flexible availability to support airport operational schedules
- Good level of spoken and written English
