  • Solid grasp of fundamental doctrines and principles of public law
  • Research agenda addressing public governance, state transformation, institutional reforms, or public accountability
  • Comparative and/or transnational approach to public law
  • Strong interest in legal developments in the Global South, including African contexts
  • Openness to critical approaches to law (critical legal studies, postcolonial theory, socio-legal approaches)
  • Commitment to interdisciplinary dialogue and international academic experience

Required Qualifications

  • PhD in Law prior to contract start
  • Excellence in research demonstrated through publications in reputable academic outlets
  • Clear and promising research agenda
  • Strong pedagogical abilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in public law and public governance
  • Supervise Bachelor's and Master's dissertations and PhD theses
  • Contribute to executive education and policy-oriented training programs
  • Conduct research and publish in reputable academic outlets

Teaching Language

Teaching language is French, English, or both.
