Finance Development Program Trainee

Join TE Connectivity's prestigious two-year Finance Development Program starting in May 2026. This full-time position offers a fast-track entry into the finance world through rotational assignments in an international, industrial environment.

Program Overview

You will develop hands-on financial skills while collaborating with experienced and international teams across Business Units and Corporate functions. The program includes four rotations of six months each, partly remote, covering areas such as:

• Internal Audit
• Plant Controlling
• FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
• Project Controlling

All rotations take place in the EMEA region, providing exposure to a truly international, fast-paced industrial environment.

What We're Looking For

• Recent university graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage
• Sound financial knowledge and analytical skills with agility to learn new tools
• Passion for working in an international, industrial-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and willingness to work abroad; prior international work or study experience is ideal
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel; experience with analytical tools and ERP systems is advantageous
