About the Role

Join SupportYourApp as a Technical Support Consultant on a short-term basis with potential for long-term collaboration. You will deliver professional technical support to customers of leading tech companies, working in a fully remote environment with flexible scheduling.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via email and chat, troubleshooting product issues and guiding customers through solutions step-by-step
  • Diagnose problems by identifying whether issues relate to hardware, app, connectivity, setup, or user configuration
  • Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps clearly, and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Manage multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining accuracy, quality, and a positive customer experience
  • Apply troubleshooting procedures with good judgment, adapting when situations fall outside standard processes

What You Need

  • Fluent English communication skills (minimum C1 level, spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical customer support
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with critical thinking and analytical approach
  • Tech-savvy mindset with personal computer (8GB RAM minimum) and stable internet (50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
  • Video support experience is a plus
