Technical Support Consultant (Remote, Short-term)

About the Role

Join SupportYourApp as a Technical Support Consultant on a short-term basis with potential for long-term collaboration. You will deliver professional technical support to customers of leading tech companies, working in a fully remote environment with flexible scheduling.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via email and chat, troubleshooting product issues and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions
• Diagnose problems related to hardware, apps, connectivity, setup, and user configuration using critical thinking and good judgment
• Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps clearly for quality assurance and escalation purposes
• Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues when necessary while maintaining professional and patient communication
• Manage multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining accuracy, quality, and positive customer experience

What You Need

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level minimum for spoken and written)
• At least 1 year of experience in technical customer support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with analytical approach
• Tech-savvy mindset with personal computer (8GB RAM minimum) and stable internet (50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
• Video support experience is a plus
