Food & Beverage Operations Manager

About the Role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Food & Beverage Operations Manager in Fiji. You will orchestrate seamless F&B operations, ensuring both front and back of house deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with our brand promise: Every Moment Matters.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food & beverage service delivery, maintaining the highest operational standards across all outlets
• Manage the F&B team, fostering growth and development while ensuring timely rosters, training and onboarding
• Control departmental budget, inventory management (par levels, ordering, stock) and align costs with performance targets
• Develop and implement F&B strategies aligned with Radisson's mission and brand standards
• Proactively resolve guest concerns with empathy and deliver timely responses to inquiries
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, hotel policies and food safety requirements with documented due diligence
• Build vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and manage menu development, pricing and revenue reporting

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in food & beverage service with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
• Proficiency with IT systems across various platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a demanding, excellence-focused environment
• Personal integrity and creative solution-finding abilities
