About the Role

As a Founder in Residence at Base360.ai, you will build and lead a new business vertical within our AI operating system for short-term rental businesses. You'll identify high-potential opportunities, validate market fit, assemble a team, and grow a standalone business with significant revenue and impact—essentially founding a startup with the backing of funding, engineering, design, AI infrastructure, customers, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and validate high-potential opportunities in the short-term rental industry through research and direct customer conversations.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans for your new business vertical.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to build and launch products rapidly.
  • Recruit, inspire, and lead a multidisciplinary team as your venture scales.
  • Own growth, product adoption, customer success, and financial performance metrics.
  • Make data-driven decisions, iterate based on customer feedback, and present progress to executive leadership.
