About the Role
Foundever is recruiting English-speaking customer service representatives for inbound and outbound call handling on behalf of a leading entertainment company in Canada (Canadian Radio). You will be part of a young and dynamic team providing excellent customer support.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage various customer transactions through inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Present, promote, and enhance the brand image, products, and services
- Master and communicate procedures, product specifics, terms of sale, and legal obligations
- Adhere to company policies regarding security and confidentiality
Required Profile
- Excellent command of English
- High level of interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) techniques
- Strong empathy and understanding of customer needs
- Customer-oriented attitude with active listening skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to work night shifts (1 PM – 2 AM)
