Your Mission
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- Handle inbound Level 1 calls from US customers and healthcare professionals
- Respond to inquiries, complaints, and basic technical support requests
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience with empathy and professionalism
- Accurately document interactions in internal systems
- Act as a trusted ambassador of a leading healthcare brand
Your Profile
- High school diploma (Bac) or higher
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Calm, professional, and customer-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with computer tools and new systems
- Available to work night shifts
- Immediate availability preferred
