Your Mission

  • Respond to inquiries, complaints, and basic technical support requests
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience with empathy and professionalism
  • Accurately document interactions in internal systems
  • Act as a trusted ambassador of a leading healthcare brand

Your Profile

  • High school diploma (Bac) or higher
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Calm, professional, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with computer tools and new systems
  • Available to work night shifts
  • Immediate availability preferred
