About the Role
Join Mindrift's Tendem project as a Freelance Presentation Designer. You'll create high-quality, premium presentations for real-world use cases, applying expertise in visual communication, information design, and storytelling. Key Responsibilities
- Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences
- Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with focus on minimalism and information hierarchy
- Create custom fonts, elegant animations, and ensure perfect visual consistency across deliverables
- Enforce polished, premium corporate-meets-creative style standards and validate visual alignment before delivery
- Work independently to transform complex narratives into high-end presentation visuals
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and Figma
- Advanced data visualization and information design capabilities for complex hierarchical structures
- Mastery of typography, custom fonts, and smooth, elegant animations
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization work
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to visual perfectness
- Self-directed work ethic with independent problem-solving abilities
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 or above)
Experience & Education
At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus. A strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations and data visualization is essential.
Project Details
Estimated workload: 10–20 hours per week during active project phases. Compensation: up to $35 per hour equivalent, depending on expertise level and contribution pace. Portfolio link required in CV—applications without relevant presentation cases will not be considered.
