Role Overview
We are seeking a Middle Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions. You will work on well-defined tasks of moderate complexity, collaborating with experienced engineers and receiving guidance and code reviews. You'll contribute to larger AI initiatives and help build reliable, scalable applications powered by modern Generative AI technologies.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI agents with tool-use, memory, and context management using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith frameworks, integrating with foundational Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, knowledge sources, and enterprise systems
- Contribute to building retrieval layers such as hybrid search, vector search, and metadata filtering optimized for LLM consumption
- Stay current with modern technologies and best practices for building Generative AI-based applications
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
- Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and modern development best practices
- Experience with NoSQL databases and familiarity with vector databases (OpenSearch a plus)
- Familiarity with AI agent workflows including tool-use, memory, and context management, or strong interest in building them
- Basic understanding of agentic behaviors and patterns such as planning, retrieval, and self-correction
- Exposure to LangChain and/or LangGraph libraries with willingness to ramp up quickly
- Understanding of RAG workflows with hands-on experience preferred
- Familiarity with evaluation and testing approaches for AI systems
Nice to Have
- Experience with microservices-based architecture
- Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, ECS, Bedrock)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Python knowledge
