Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus) - Microsoft Technologies

About the Role

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using modern technologies
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable architectures
• Integrate APIs and external services, ensuring proper operation
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices
• Optimize performance and user experience
• Contribute to CI/CD and continuous integration processes
• Document technical solutions and share knowledge within the team

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Experience developing business solutions with Power Platform and integrating with Microsoft 365
• Strong Backend skills: .NET, .NET Core
• Strong Frontend skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, React, or Vue
• Experience working with REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies
• Fluent English (assessment required during recruitment)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Azure cloud services (Web Apps, Azure Functions, AKS)
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Python
• Experience with microservices architectures
• Good testing practices (unit, integration, and E2E testing)
