About the Role

Join Onclusive as a General Accountant and take charge of comprehensive accounting operations for our international organization. You will manage day-to-day financial activities, ensure tax compliance across jurisdictions, and support our global finance team.

Main Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day accounting operations including monthly and annual closing entries, accruals, prepayments, deferred income, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation
Ensure tax compliance in various jurisdictions, prepare tax returns, and optimize tax processes
Prepare and coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring controls are in place for financial reporting compliance
Supervise intercompany transactions, manage reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies between Group entities in an international context
Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports for management with focus on transparency and accuracy
Participate in continuous improvement of financial and accounting processes through automation and IT tools

Required Qualifications

Master degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role within an international company
Strong understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS, US/UK GAAP, or other relevant standards)
Excellent skills in tax management, auditing, and intercompany transactions management
Proficiency in ERP software
Complete professional fluency in English and French with strong communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
