About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented Generative AI Analysts to support a variety of AI training, data annotation, evaluation, and quality review projects. This is a fully remote, freelance position based in Morocco, paying 4.5 USD per hour.

What You'll Do

  • Review, evaluate, and validate AI-generated content and data according to project guidelines
  • Compare AI-generated outputs and identify the most accurate, relevant, or high-quality results
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, omissions, and quality issues in text, audio, images, video, or other data
  • Annotate, categorize, or label content where required and provide clear written feedback
  • Complete assigned tasks independently within established timelines while maintaining high accuracy
  • Attend live office hours and training sessions to understand project guidelines and prepare for assignments

Key Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Arabic (Morocco) (written and spoken)
  • Strong English proficiency and written communication skills
  • Experience in generative AI evaluation, data annotation, translation, linguistics, content quality review, transcription, or data labeling (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and independent judgment
  • Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently
  • Comfortable with structured, repetitive tasks and annotation platforms (a plus)

  • All work must be completed independently using your own knowledge and judgment
  • Use of generative AI tools is prohibited unless explicitly authorized
  • You must comply with all data privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements
  • Do not store, copy, or share project data outside approved tools and channels
