GENESYS Architect (M/F)

We are looking for GENESYS Architect profiles / CVs to share with our clients for their future recruitment campaigns.

Mission:

Deep and relevant expertise on Genesis Cloud services, along with contact center industry experience.
Be the direct point of technical contact to provide high-quality consultancy for Genesys solutions to customers.
Develop and maintain integration and Cloud solutions.
Knowledge and experience on Cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS).
Experience with software development and one or more development or scripting languages (e.g. Java. Golang, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bash, PowerShell).
Self-starter with deep hands-on work experience with production implementations on public Cloudproviders within large enterprises.
Design, create and/or troubleshoot and support Genesys products.
Develop, maintain, implement and support complex Contact Centre solutions involving web services.
Contribute to the solution architectural design, amongst other disaster recovery and high availability.
Automation of deployment and migration tasks.

Bachelors degree in Cloud Computing or related.
5+ years of technical experience working on Genesis Cloud Services and contact center.
Any relevant certifications in VMware, Network, Security will be added advantage.
Genesis Cloud certifications.
Experience with Genesys Routing (IRD/URS).
Experience with Genesys Composer & ORS.
Hands on experience with design & development of routing strategies.
Hands on experience with focus on various Genesys technologies & solutions.
Network and system knowledge are essential.
Understand of the system architecture. Given a requirement be able to come up with the architecture, ability to suggest solutions and identify loopholes in system. Need to have holistic view of system -and develop effective solutions.
Plan, scope, size, architect, design, prototype and engineer Genesys framework components.
