About This Opportunity
Volga Partners is recruiting participants for the final phase of a global language and voice research project. We are seeking diverse participants with strong English skills and connections to specific language backgrounds to complete short, guided English voice-recording activities remotely.
What You'll Do
- Complete a short, guided English voice-recording activity using your own device (computer or iPad)
- Most participants finish in 20–35 minutes; total time under 60 minutes
- No professional voice, acting, or research experience required
Who We're Looking For
All eligible adults welcome. We are particularly interested in:
- Adults age 50+ (including 55–70 and 71+)
- Speakers with Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Portuguese, or Albanian backgrounds
- European, Metropolitan, Canadian, African, North African, Arabic-French, Caribbean, or Haitian French speakers
- Participants with access to iPad, MacBook, or iMac
Key Requirement: Strong English reading and comprehension skills combined with a connection to one of the listed language backgrounds.
Compensation
- $25 – European/Metropolitan French and Canadian French speakers
- $20 – Albanian speakers
- $15 – Chinese, Vietnamese, Portuguese, and other listed French language groups
- Additional $2 incentive available for qualifying participants in specific age groups or using Apple devices
