About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a talented Google Cloud Engineer to join our innovative team. You will focus on designing, implementing, and managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and services, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of cloud-hosted applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage GCP resources including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and related services
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Google Deployment Manager
  • Configure and manage virtual private cloud (VPC) networking and shared services
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and operational processes
  • Monitor and optimize GCP performance, resource utilization, and cost management
  • Implement robust security practices across GCP resources ensuring compliance with industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or architecture with Google Cloud Platform
  • Deep understanding of GCP services: App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Kubernetes Engine
  • Proficiency in Python, Golang, or Java scripting and programming languages
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization and orchestration
  • Strong networking and cloud security knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Cloud certifications (Professional Cloud Architect or Professional DevOps Engineer)
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with Google Cloud Build or Jenkins
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Stackdriver or Prometheus
  • Understanding of DevOps methodologies and practices
