Business Control & Performance Management

Become a true business partner by transforming financial data into actionable insights:

  • Support monthly financial performance reviews and KPI monitoring
  • Participate in budget, forecast, and planning activities
  • Prepare dashboards and management reports using Power BI and Excel
  • Analyze variances between actual results, forecasts, and budgets
  • Contribute to profitability analysis by product and business segment
  • Support cost optimization initiatives through data analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Operations

Accounting, Reporting & Compliance

Develop a strong accounting foundation while contributing to key financial processes:

  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly regulatory reports for external institutions
  • Monitor and process supplier invoices with proper accounting allocation
  • Prepare withholding tax declarations and VAT return documentation
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
  • Maintain physical and digital archiving of accounting documentation
  • Update Travel & Expense monitoring dashboards and follow up on expense claims

What We're Looking For

Education

  • Master's Degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration, or related field
  • Eligible for an ANAPEC contract

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset and understanding of accounting and financial principles
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with SAP, Concur, or ERP systems is appreciated
  • Fluent in English and French
