Manoth Entertainment is a Dubai-based entertainment and events company providing creative entertainment concepts, performers, talent solutions, and event experiences for luxury hospitality venues, corporate clients, private events, and international brands.
We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer & Creative Content Specialist to join our team remotely from Morocco.
Role Overview
This position goes beyond traditional graphic design. The successful candidate will work across graphic design, proposal creation, social media content, video editing, AI-generated creative visuals, presentations, branding, and event concept development.
The role requires someone who can receive a creative brief and independently transform it into polished, professional visual content suitable for clients, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design professional graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, events, and print.
Create and format client proposals, entertainment proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and artist profiles.
Assist with proposal drafting and content organization based on client requirements.
Create moodboards and visual concepts for entertainment, costumes, décor, performers, activations, and events.
Produce AI-generated creative images and concept visualizations.
Create Instagram posts, carousels, stories, TikTok content, and LinkedIn creatives.
Create and edit Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, artist videos, and event highlights.
Edit, retouch, manipulate, and enhance images professionally.
Create motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, and branded video content.
Develop logos, visual identities, brand assets, layouts, and promotional materials.
Create brochures, flyers, invitations, banners, menus, posters, and event collateral.
Adapt designs to different platforms and formats.
Maintain consistent Manoth Entertainment branding across all materials.
Work closely with management, marketing, sales, and event teams.
Manage multiple creative projects and revisions while meeting deadlines.

Candidate Profile

Can work independently from a creative brief.
Is comfortable using AI as part of the creative workflow.
Can manage several projects simultaneously.
Can work quickly while maintaining professional quality.
Is responsive to feedback and revisions.
Has strong organizational and communication skills.
Has experience in entertainment, events, hospitality, nightlife, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle design — highly preferred.
