Vos missions

  • Manage monitoring and security tools (ATP, Data Protection, AntiVirus) and apply ITIL and QMS procedures.
  • Act as point of contact for regional IT managers and external suppliers, and provide level 3 support for group infrastructure.
  • Maintain technical documentation and communicate remediation plans and functional or technical enhancements.
  • Report regularly on project progress and inform stakeholders of major incidents and operational deviations.

Profil recherché

  • You have good working knowledge of IT infrastructure, Azure and the Microsoft environment.
  • You are comfortable administering Linux servers, identity management, network topology and Office 365.
  • You enjoy explaining technical topics clearly to users and working with teams across regions and cultures.
  • You can manage several infrastructure projects and keep to deadlines with autonomy.
  • You stay current with technology and apply ITIL and quality management procedures.

About the role

Reporting to the Group IT Infrastructure Manager, the Group IT Infrastructure Specialist manages and supports the deployment and maintenance of the group's IT tools and infrastructure, and contributes to the group's IT projects.

Main responsibilities

  • Project management: contribute to group-level infrastructure projects, infrastructure improvement and cloud migration, obsolescence management, and technology watch.
  • Tool management and administration: manage communication tools (Office 365, Skype, SharePoint), group infrastructure tools (Azure, Intune, Active Directory) and monitoring and security tools (ATP, Data Protection, AntiVirus).
  • Support: act as point of contact for regional IT managers (Americas, Asia, Continental Europe, WEMEA), provide level 3 support, and coordinate with application owners and suppliers.
  • Reporting and communication: report regularly on project progress and inform stakeholders of major incidents and deviations in day-to-day operations.
  • Quality: apply the procedures defined in the QMS and ITIL best practices.

Qualifications

Technical skills and tools

  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Azure
  • Microsoft environment (Windows Server and workstation) and Linux servers (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS)
  • Identity management, network topology and Office 365 services administration

Cross-functional skills

  • Good relationships, listening skills and the ability to explain complex information simply
  • Ability to adapt communication to your audience and to work in a multicultural context
