Vos missions

About the Role

As Head of Finance for Glovo Morocco (part of Delivery Hero Group), you will serve as the General Manager's strategic finance partner, overseeing all financial operations, performance analysis, and reporting for the country. This is a leadership position requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution across finance performance, operations, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Finance Performance & Strategy: Act as GM's right-hand in strategic and financial decisions; define long-term country goals; set and review monthly/quarterly targets; implement corporate strategy across country and city levels; lead cross-functional projects to improve profitability.
  • Finance Operations: Manage treasury function and optimize cash flow; collaborate with Global Finance Teams (Billing, Treasury, Accounting) to resolve day-to-day issues; ensure 100% satisfaction of customers, partners, and couriers on finance-related matters.
  • Reporting, Accounting & Tax: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L and Balance Sheet); coordinate Financial Statements preparation; lead relationships with external auditors and consultants; optimize fiscal policy including VAT and multilateral agreements.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze business performance and KPIs; identify improvement opportunities; study viability of investments and strategic projects; develop profitability analysis for new business ideas.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate finance at leading companies
  • Advanced accounting and finance knowledge with strong analytical skills
  • Expert-level proficiency with Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and quantitative data presentation
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluent in English and French; Arabic is an advantage
  • Hands-on, autonomous, and goal-oriented mindset
